We selected our favourite smoothie recipes and wanted to share them with you. They are all extremely healthy nevertheless incredibly tasty!

Green Smoothie – The energy boost one
¾ cups of any milk of your choice, but we would suggest almond milk
2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
2 cups of pineapple chunks
2 cups of kale
Blend all the ingredients together for about three minutes or until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. If needed add more milk or more fruit depending on the consistency you like.
Citrus Smoothie- Vitamin C galore
1 large grapefruit, peeled and seeded
½ cup of chopped pineapple
½ of strawberry
½ greek yogurt
Blend all ingredients together. Power through your morning with this smoothie, rich in vitamin C and super tasty!
Berry Smoothie- The berry blast one
½ cup of strawberries
1 large banana
½ cup of blueberries
½ cup of raspberries
1 cup of milk of your choice
A few spoons of greek yogurt (Depends on the consistency you want)
Blend all ingredients together until super smooth consistency. This smoothie is so tasty we can’t believe how healthy it is!
Oats Smoothie- The nutty one
1 large banana
1 spoon of honey
Half cup of milk of your choice (We recommend almond milk)
1 spoon of peanut butter
2 spoons of oats
1 teaspoon of flex seeds
Grind the oats and the flex seeds first then add all the remaining ingredients and blend it thoroughly.
