That’s why we’ve partnered with Chessie King, to guide you though home workouts to help you stay fit and well using items in your home.
Chessie is a body confidence influencer who is known for work-outs that make the body sweat with her infectious energy that helps you get your mind into a happier place too.
Over the coming weeks, Chessie will be taking you through a variety of home workouts you can do with items in your home, for any fitness level and how you can get the whole family up and moving.
