LloydsPharmacy helped The Sun newspaper with an experiment looking at how different diets can affect your health and worked with two sets of twins to test their blood pressure and cholesterol levels. According to The Sun one in four Brits watches their weight most of the time. This is encouraging as maintaining a healthy weight is very important to our general health, however dieting can have its pitfalls and it’s important to choose a diet that will help you reach a healthy weight without causing long term physical or psychological effects.
