I have an announcement. From today I am officially classing myself as a non-smoker. This is my third week of not smoking and it is no longer part of my life. …and still smoke-free! This is the longest I’ve lasted without smoking in 11 years, but I would be lying if I said it wasn’t getting more and more difficult.
